Actress Harriet Walter says, “Shaker Aamer has been a political pawn and is the victim of a lot of international buck-passing, but as a legal British resident he is ultimately our responsibility. Mr. Cameron must keep up the pressure on the US President and the Department of Defence to immediately issue a certificate of release for Shaker to return to the UK.
